We celebrated the 95th anniversary of the Turkish Republic with a series of events during the week.

We hosted a famous poet, writer and photographer Akgün Akova as the guest speaker of the week, where he told us about the stories of a group of students whom Atatürk had sent abroad for educating themselves and how they contributed to the growth of the young republic after they came back.

After a series of events, the week ended with a "Republic Day Night" where our students performed pieces of classical music, waltz, zeybek and modern dance.
